DigiCult (First time in Finland)
Since DigiCult was founded back in 2003, they have worked their way up to the forefront of the psychedelic movement within the trance scene. Their style has always been described as deep, intelligent full-on morning, with a strong oldschool touch. Beautiful ’back to the roots’ melodies fused together with ethereal female chants and ethnic instruments from the orient.

Having spent the last decade traveling all corners of the globe, the most memorable times include visits to Japan (Vision Quest The Gathering, T.P.E.), Hungary (Ozora, S.U.N.), Germany (Full Moon, Fusion), Mexico (Equinoxio, Ritual), Brazil (Trancendence), Israel (TFN, Groove Attack), USA, South Africa (Alien Safari), Russia, India and countless more.

In August 2006 their debut full album ‘Avenida de Bélgica’ became the blueprint for the unconditional energy in their music, light and very psychedelic in nature. The second full album ‘Out of this World’ (2008) was an extremely successful concept album including iconic tracks like ‘star travel’ and ‘days in space’. The third album ‘The Lucid Nation’ came in May 2012 continuing the same path… driven, emotive and psychedelic where the bond with U-Recken became even more apparent. In 2015 the fourth album ‘Soul Samadhi’ went straight to the top of the charts and was critically acclaimed throughout the scene.

Syksyn bilekausi starttaillaan 22.8.2015 lauantaina Puikkarissa kun K0NTRO ja VOEMA yhdistävät Kuopion konemusiikkipiirit yhteisbileiden muodossa.

Toista kertaa järjestettävä EASTERN DANCE MOVEMENT tarjoaa kahdelta lavalta jykevän paketin elektronista tanssimusiikkia yli kymmenen esiintyjän voimin. Ilta aloitellaan kevyemmistä House-, Techno- ja EDM -soundeista joista jatketaan Trancen kautta aina Hardstyleen & Hardcoreen saakka.

Pääesiintyjänä nähdään maailmallakin jo mainetta niittänyt, kovassa nosteessa oleva Tempo Giusto.

TEMPO GIUSTO:

Tempo Giusto on kiistämättä yksi viime vuosien kovimmista konemusiikkiartisteista. Miehen tuotanto on hätyytellyt Beatportin Trancelistojen kärkeä kuluvan vuoden aikana ja antanut suuntaa Tech Trancen tulevaisuudelle. Keikkoja on kertynyt ympäri maailmaa ja tämän huomioon ottaen onkin ollut sääli, ettei häntä ole nähty enempää dekeissä Suomen kamaralla. Tähän aiomme henkilökohtaisella panoksella tehdä muutoksen.

Tempo Giusto on myös suositun ruotsalaisen Monday Bar -clubin residentti. Hänet pitää myös kiireisenä oma levy-yhtiönsä Echelon Records. Tempo Giuston musiikkia on julkaissut mm. Armin van Buurenin levy-yhtiö Armada sekä Ultra Records, Black Hole Recordings ja Lange Recordings.

Tempon settejä voi kuunnella mm. hänen omasta radio-ohjelmasta AH.fm:llä, joka kantaa nimeä Global Sound Drift.

This fall’s party season starts on saturday 22.8.2015 when Kuopio’s local electronic event organizers K0NTRO and VOEMA gathers together.

The second time arranged EASTERN DANCE MOVEMENT brings you over 10 DJ’s and 2 stages of electronic music. Event starts with Techno, House and EDM Sounds and ends up from Trance to Hardstyle & Hardcore.

This year’s headliner is Tech Trance Wizard TEMPO GIUSTO.

TEMPO GIUSTO:

Tempo Giusto is without a doubt one of the hottest acts in the trance scene in 2015. With 2x TOP5 and 11x TOP20 tracks on Beatport, Tempo Giusto has redefined driving tech trance and was named ’natural born leader within the world of tech’ by YourEDM. From A State of Trance to Global DJ Broadcast, Tempo Giusto’s productions are heard by hundreds of thousands of listeners around the world every month.

Predicted to become Finland’s biggest dance music export by Proteus (2x Best Hard Dance DJ on DJMag), Tempo Giusto has released music on Armada, Ultra, Black Hole and Lange Recordings among others. His recent singles include trance hits ’V12’ (#11 on Beatport), ’Cartel’ (voted #1 on Ferry Corsten’s radio show) and ’Benzin’ that charted on Beatport for over 2 months and was selected to Trance Nation compilation for Ministry of Sound.

Tempo Giusto is praised for his charisma and energy on stage – he has performed live in Netherlands, United Kingdom, Sweden, Russia, Finland, Latvia, Romania and Slovenia among others. He is one of the resident DJs on the Monday Bar cruise events in Scandinavia, and broadcasts his 2-hour radio show Global Sound Drift monthly on AH.fm. Outside his artist career, Tempo Giusto has worked as a teacher for Point Blank Academy (awarded 6x best DJ & Production College on DJMag) and runs his own record label Echelon Records that has delivered numerous chart-breaking productions, featuring artists like Mark Sherry, M.I.K.E. Push, Genix, Mike Koglin and Evol Waves on its artist roster.

On jälleen se aika vuodesta että Kuopion Musiikkikeskus täyttyy ihanista ihmisistä helteiseen anime ja manga tapahtumaan; Animecon 2015.

Perinteiset iltabileet järjestää tänäkin vuonna Voema. Iltabileet järjestetään Puikkari Kuopiossa, jonne ikäraja on k-18.
Sisäänpääsy Animecon rannekkella on ilmainen. Jos cossiisi kuuluu aseita yms. isompaa, osat täytyy jättää narikkaan. (3e)

Alek Száhala
After the golden age of PC trackers began to vanish in late 90s, Alek Szahala found his new genre of music from Freeform. Soon after joining the Finrg Collective and releasing his first tracks, Alek started quickly to gain reputation among Finnish and international rave scenes, resulting over 200,000 myspace plays and two nominations for the 4th best producer in Finnish Club Awards 2004 and 2005. Alongside with Dj Proteus, Carbon Based, Epilim, Re-form and Dj Rx, Alek is to be considered one of the the key players in the development of Finnish Freeform sound – Finrg.

During the last few years Alek has spread the Finrg plague by releasing dozens of tracks through Finnish and UK labels and by performing in the most important hard dance clubs and electronic music festivals in Finland including Säde, Koneisto and Konemetsä. He has also done a number of international live PAs and radio performances in UK, Holland, Russia, Japan, Canada and Australia.

Alek’s music vary from very melodic and emotional to dark and brutal sounds, not forgetting the psychedelic and industrial elements. He has also produced video game music remixes with Byproduct under alias Paokala.

Byproduct
Byproduct is a one-man musical act that takes its roots from computer games and demos and combines them with the elements of contemporary electronic music, creating an easily recognisable sound unique to Byproduct alone. The music is sometimes cheery, sometimes dark, but always with a twist to hold the attention and the interest of the listeners all the way to the end.

Byproduct started out in 2004, and has since produced three albums, composed music for various projects and games, and performed live in many electronic music events and some of Finland’s largest demoparties.
